Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However should you wish to return an item for whatever reason, please take note of the T’s & C’s below.
All items to be returned, must be indicated via email within 7 working days of the original purchase.
The item will be refunded at the original purchase cost excluding the cost of shipping. We currently send our parcels with The Courier Guy.
Should you not be available to receive your parcel and they are unable to deliver as a result, please be advised that any further shipping costs that maybe incurred, will be for your account.
No returns on sale items. Any items that are returned showing visible signs of use and/or damage that cannot be resold, will not be accepted for a full refund.
All return courier fees are for the account of the purchaser.
